One licensed, family-led team for kitchens, baths, additions, and ground-up builds across Miami-Dade and Broward.
Every project runs under our license, our name, and our standard. One team, one contract, one name responsible.
The room your family actually lives in. Demolition, layout, cabinets, countertops, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and finishes. Handled end to end, so you never chase a plumber or wonder who shows up tomorrow.
Small rooms where big things go wrong. We build baths the way South Florida demands: proper waterproofing behind every tile, custom showers, vanities, and finishes that last.
More home, without moving. Room additions, primary suites, in-law quarters, garage conversions, and second stories. Engineering, hurricane code, and construction under one roof.
From lot to keys. Custom homes and commercial projects built to Miami's hurricane code, from the first survey to the certificate of occupancy.
Offices, retail, and restaurants delivered on schedule, because your opening date is a promise to your business, not a suggestion.
Fix-and-flip and value-add projects with clear scopes and reliable execution, so investors protect their margins. Numbers people, welcome.
Permits, inspections, and every trade are handled by us, under our license. That is what hiring a certified general contractor means.
The seven things to check before you sign anything. Including with us.
Don't just ask. Look the number up yourself at myfloridalicense.com. Ours is CGC1536895, and we want you to check it.
General liability and workers' comp, sent directly from their insurance agent. Not a photocopy.
If a contractor asks you to pull an owner-builder permit for their work, walk away. They are moving the liability onto you.
Not a one-line quote. What is included, what is not, and which materials. Vague scopes are where change orders breed.
Reasonable deposit, payments tied to completed milestones, never large sums ahead of the work.
Ask how they handle lien releases from subs and suppliers. A professional has a clear answer. An amateur looks confused.
How they communicate during the estimate is exactly how they will communicate during construction.
An honest answer from people who are one of the three.
Truth first: you don't need a GC to hang a ceiling fan. For small non-structural repairs, a good handyman is faster and cheaper. The limit is legal: in Florida they cannot do structural, electrical, plumbing, or gas work, or pull permits.
For remodels, additions, and anything with permits or multiple trades. What you are buying is accountability: one contract, one schedule, one name legally responsible for the finished result. In our case, the family name.
One firm for design and construction together. Great for complex projects. For most remodels, a GC working closely with your architect gets the same result. We work both ways.
We do, always. Every CCGS project is permitted under our license (CGC1536895) and we manage every inspection. You never pull an owner-builder permit for our work.
In Miami-Dade, almost any work touching plumbing, electrical, structure, windows, or roofing needs one. Purely cosmetic work like paint usually does not. Skipping permits surfaces at the worst time: selling, refinancing, or an insurance claim. We handle it so you never have to think about it.
Miami-Dade and Broward County: Doral, Miami, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Kendall, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Our office is at 10890 NW 17th St, Suite 129, Miami, FL 33172.
We are family-led. Co-founder Daniel Cittadino holds the license, and our team manages every trade directly. The name on the company is the name on the permit, so you always know exactly who is responsible.
